The following chart summarizes the strategic skills and core competencies that the Board considers valuable to effective governance and successful oversight of our corporate strategy and illustrates how the director nominees individually and collectively represent these key skills and competencies. The lack of an indicator for a particular item does not mean that the director does not possess that skill or competency; rather, the indicator represents that the item is a core skill or competency of that director. The chart also provides the personal attributes of the director nominees. Director nominees are listed by tenure in descending order from left to right.
